Richard Partin founded Texas State Royalties after years of hands-on experience in oil and gas, with a focus on acreage interests, working interests, and capital formation across active producing regions nationwide. That experience informs how we evaluate opportunities, conduct our sourcing process, and work with buyers. We are selective about what we present. If an opportunity does not meet our acquisition standards, we do not source it, regardless of availability.
